I want you to know how pleased I am with the experience of buying
blinds from and having them installed by you and your team at Blinds Are Us. Even though
one blind has a slight problem, it was dealt with in a professional manner and I know it
will be put right at the factory.
Your visit was professional and it was obvious you knew your
subject matter. I felt you gave me excellent advice on what to buy and how to decide what
went best with which windows and doors. The Vertaglide is amazing - who knew patio doors
could be so well treated!
Your installer, Ian I think his name is, was professional and
courteous. He arrived right on time, and went about his work in a very organised manner.
He was respectful of the paintwork and the wooden
flooring, cleaned up after himself, and took away all packaging. I couldn't have asked for
a better job to be done.
As you know I already recommended you to my next door neighbour,
and she's purchasing her blinds through you. I will now be able to tell her that the
installer will also meet if not exceed her expectations. cheers...

Hi Annie,
OMG!!! The blinds are FABULOUS!! The installers were fantastic
and everything went great (well besides Altex sending all the wrong brackets, but the guys
made it work as they had extra in the truck.
With the addition of the blinds now,everything looks so funky and
modern - they are the perfect blinds for this space. Even the guys were saying how great
they looked and how absolutely perfect the valence matches the original window frame. The
shade of white is incredible and the bedrooms are fabulous as well. The blinds have a
"fabric" look to them which makes them even more gorgeous.
I am thrilled and I know you will be very pleased with the
outcome -Annie, we could not have chosen a more perfect blind for this space.

Recently, we had occasion to purchase a louvered blind from your
store. When received and installed, it turned out to be an inch to short for the window.
Adjustment was not possible.
Regardless of whose error it was, you took the time to go
over the measurements with us and then reorder the blind to the correct dimensions. We
have since received and installed the corrected blind and all is well.
I just wanted to express our appreciation for your professional
handling of the matter. Clearly, you are a good store to do business with. Should the
occasion arise where we need window dressing done, you will certainly be on the list.
Furthermore, I would not hesitate to recommend your establishment to others.
